Initiating a Return:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the leather jacket must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Process: To start a return, please email our customer service team at support@mrleather.store. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Refund Process:
- Return Shipping: Await instructions on the return shipping address. The cost of return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
- Return Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, usually within 72 hours, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Refund Issuance: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving and verifying the return. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Scenarios and Coverage:
- Customer Dissatisfaction: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued for the item cost minus the original shipping charge.
- Defective Product: If you receive a defective item, please provide clear photos of the defect to support@mrleather.store. We will arrange a return label, inspect the item, and issue a full refund upon verification.
- Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged, document the damage with photos and contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, offering a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- Incorrect Product or Size: If you receive the wrong product or size, email us at support@mrleather.store. We will provide a return label and, upon receipt of the incorrect item, dispatch the correct product or issue a refund.
- Non Arrival of Product: If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date without notification, contact us promptly. We will investigate and issue a refund if necessary.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your order after confirmation, please contact support@mrleather.store immediately. Cancellations made before shipment will not incur any charges.
